Electromega is seeking a Maintenance and Automation Technician in Canada to install, repair, and optimise electronic and mechanical equipment for clients. This dynamic, client‑facing role blends hands‑on service with remote technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to on‑site service calls across the region.
- Diagnose, repair, calibrate and perform functional testing on automated systems.
- Provide remote assistance via email and phone, guiding customers through system use and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients to optimise equipment performance and ensure safety compliance.
- Participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation to guarantee continuous support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
