Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between customers and the internal customer service team.
• Manage day‑to‑day logistics operations for assigned accounts, including order entry, shipment scheduling, and tracking.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to resolve any delivery issues.
