Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized tests in Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis and other core lab areas.
• Analyze results, verify accuracy, and report findings to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Maintain compliance with ASCP/AMT standards, CLIA regulations, and laboratory safety protocols.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Participate in quality‑control activities, proficiency testing, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Document all procedures and results in the laboratory information system (LIS) accurately and promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or reference laboratory, preferably with night‑shift exposure.
