Headway is seeking a fully‑licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its remote team, helping therapists launch or grow private practices while accepting insurance. This full‑time role offers a competitive rate of up to $124.92 per hour (approximately $87,038 per year).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality mental health therapy to clients via video conferencing.
• Assist therapists in onboarding to Headway’s platform, including insurance credentialing and billing.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and compliance with NZ and US privacy regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision, peer‑review sessions and professional development.
• Contribute to platform improvements by sharing feedback on workflow and client experience.

Required Qualifications

• Fully‑licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCM, or equivalent) with a Master’s degree or higher.
• Current registration with a recognised professional body and ability to practise remotely.
• Experience delivering therapy online and comfort with telehealth technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with insurance billing and credentialing.
• Familiarity with evidence‑based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
