Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex product liability and technical defense cases from inception through trial.
- Conduct in‑depth investigations, including design, manufacturing, and scientific analysis of products.
- Develop and execute case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and expert witnesses to build robust technical defenses.

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Texas.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or technical defense.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing cases independently and meeting tight deadlines.
