About This Position
Kindbridge Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist (Florida Licensure) to join its telehealth team, delivering evidence‑based care for gambling, gaming, and sexual behavior disorders across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy via secure video platforms to clients nationwide, focusing on gambling, gaming, and sex/pornography process behavior disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress using evidence‑based modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians, case managers, and medical providers to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Participate in regular supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications
- Active Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) – residency in Florida not required.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience treating behavioral addictions or related mental health issues.
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a passion for expanding access to mental health care.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $110,356.48 (fixed). Competitive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development support.
Location
Remote position – applicants must hold a valid Florida license and be able to work US Eastern Time business hours.
