Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples and family therapy using evidence‑based modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers and other clinicians to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in line with HIPAA and state regulations.

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, EMDR or other recognised therapeutic approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.
