Job Summary

MySpectrum is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC) to provide remote counseling services to children, families, and adults across Virginia. This full‑time or part‑time (minimum 7 sessions per week) role is based in Charlottesville City, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure video platform.
• Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with state regulations.
• Provide evidence‑based interventions for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referral sources, and supervisors to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a full caseload while meeting productivity targets and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and peer consultation to stay current with best practices.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state licensing requirements, including timely record‑keeping and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Current Virginia license as LCSW, LPC, or LCP (additional state licenses are a plus).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, or adults.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and comfortable delivering therapy remotely.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.
