Job Summary

Headway is seeking a fully‑licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join its virtual platform. This remote role is based in Grand Central, New York and offers a fixed annualised rate of $93,321.40 (equivalent to $90‑$127 per hour).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based marriage and family therapy to clients via video conferencing.
• Utilise Headway’s platform to submit insurance claims, manage billing and schedule appointments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision, peer review and professional development sessions.

Essential Requirements

• Current New York State LMFT licence (or equivalent) with a Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years post‑licensure clinical experience working with couples, families or individuals.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a virtual environment.
