WILSHIRE COUNSELING CENTER is hiring Licensed LMFT or LCSW Associates who are fluent in Spanish for a part‑time, hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA (Encino or Ventura Town). Earn a competitive salary of $67,795.91 while providing in‑person and telehealth mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy to Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Maintain a minimum of 18–24 client hours per week with flexible scheduling (2‑3 hour days or split days of 2‑5 hours).
• Conduct telehealth sessions using the clinic’s secure platform.
• Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision.

Qualifications

• Current LMFT or LCSW license in California (associate status acceptable with 1,200 supervised hours).
