Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, delivering exceptional customer service and timely policy administration.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, preparing quotes and proposals that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency’s CRM, ensuring compliance with state licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular account reviews, renewals, and risk assessments to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Participate in virtual and in‑person sales meetings, training sessions, and team events.

Qualifications

• Active Texas insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
