Headway is seeking a fully‑licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its remote network, helping therapists launch or grow private practices while accepting insurance. This full‑time role is based in Portland, Oregon and offers a fixed annual salary of $117,193.12.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and evidence‑based therapy to clients via telehealth.
• Assist private‑practice psychologists in setting up insurance billing, pricing structures and client acquisition on Headway’s platform.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Participate in regular case‑review meetings and professional development webinars.
• Contribute to platform improvements by sharing clinical insights and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology (PSY, PSYP, or PsyD licensure required).
• Current, unrestricted licence to practise psychology in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years post‑licensure clinical experience, preferably with telehealth delivery.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing, CPT codes and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
