Lead Software Integrations Engineer

AgFirst Farm Credit Bank is hiring a Lead Software Integrations Engineer in Columbia, Richland County, SC. This hybrid role focuses on architecting, configuring and integrating Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, EPM and related business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and customize Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, EPM, and electronic content management solutions.
• Integrate multiple enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop high‑performance integration architectures that meet security, scalability and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior integration engineers.
• Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for integration issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, or EPM integrations.
• Proficiency in integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Java, PL/SQL, or scripting languages (Python, Shell).
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of security protocols, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML) and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications in Oracle Cloud (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Background in financial services or agricultural lending technology.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits
