About This Position
GE Vernova is hiring a Lead Services Account Manager in Harvard Square, Middlesex County (US). The role is the primary liaison for heavy‑industry customers, driving long‑term partnerships and ensuring flawless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for an assigned portfolio of heavy‑industry clients.
- Visit customer sites regularly to understand operational needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with customers’ strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, field service, logistics, finance) to resolve issues, manage service orders, and meet project deadlines.
- Prepare accurate quotes, manage parts inventory, and oversee field service scheduling.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and present results to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of account management or service coordination experience in heavy‑industry or manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in quoting, parts management, and service order lifecycle.
- Ability to travel to customer sites regularly within the region.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
