NavitasPartners is seeking a seasoned Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead enterprise AI projects, with a focus on MLOps, Generative AI, and cutting‑edge agentic AI systems deployed in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and launch scalable ML and Generative AI solutions across multi‑cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement automation frameworks for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
• Collaborate with solution architects, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Define best practices for model governance, versioning, security, and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross‑functional AI teams.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building production ML systems, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
• Deep expertise in MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless AI services.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Java/Scala is a plus.
• Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) and agentic AI frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Hands‑on experience with large language model fine‑tuning and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake).
