Job Summary

DMS Vision Inc is seeking an experienced Lead Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and governance of MDM solutions for a fast‑growing data integration team in Austin. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership and agile project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end MDM solutions, including data modeling, master data repositories, match/merge rules, and ETL processes.
• Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks and MDM strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data integration requirements and ensure high‑quality master data across systems.
• Mentor and supervise a team of MDM engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.
• Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) to deliver MDM features on schedule.
• Establish best practices for data quality, data lineage, and master data lifecycle management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize ETL pipelines for scalability.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Oracle MDM, SAP MDG) and data integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and master data governance concepts.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in an agile environment.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL scripting languages.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience with cloud‑based MDM services (AWS, Azure).
• Certification in MDM or data governance frameworks.
