Lead EWM Functional Consultant (AMS)

Job Summary

Trispark Inc is seeking a Lead EWM Functional Consultant (AMS) to join its team in Flemington, Hunterdon County, US. This 1‑year (or longer) role will focus on SAP EWM and TM AMS delivery within an S/4HANA program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) Application Management Services (AMS) workstreams.
• Collaborate with business owners, IT stakeholders, implementation system integrators, and transition vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Define functional requirements, conduct fit‑gap analysis, and design optimal EWM/TM processes aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and post‑go‑live support, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior consultants, conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions, and drive best‑practice adoption.
• Prepare status reports, risk assessments, and governance documentation for senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM and TM, preferably in an AMS or support environment.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and integration points.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Relevant SAP certifications (EWM, TM, S/4HANA) are a plus.

Location & Work Model

The role is based in New Jersey with onsite expectations in Raritan or Titusville. After an initial period, the client may allow remote work based on performance and project needs.

Compensation

Annual salary: $90,477.90 (fixed).
