Job Summary

Northbridge Financial Corporation is seeking a Lead Analyst, Planning & Reporting to join its corporate team in Mississauga, Peel region, Canada. This senior analytical role drives operational excellence by partnering with sales, underwriting and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Northbridge Financial on cross‑functional committees and corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting and senior executives to gather data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain strategic planning models, forecasts and performance dashboards.
• Analyse financial and operational metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Prepare and present clear reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, reporting or business analytics, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering insights on time.
