Job Summary

CSW is seeking a motivated Landscape Technician (Stormwater) to join our team in Raymond, Rockingham County, NC. This role offers a competitive salary between $39,520 and $43,680 and provides hands‑on experience with stormwater management projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with the design, construction, and maintenance of stormwater control measures such as bioswales, rain gardens, and retention ponds.
• Perform field inspections, collect data, and document site conditions to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and update as‑built drawings, site plans, and technical reports using GIS and CAD software.
• Coordinate with contractors, municipalities, and clients to schedule work, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.
• Support vegetation planting, erosion control, and landscape restoration activities on project sites.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and safety supplies; follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in stormwater or land‑development projects preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong knowledge of native plant species, soil preparation, and erosion control methods.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites within the region.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
