Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground gas and water pipelines.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools, trenching equipment, and safety gear.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as grading, trench digging, and backfilling.
- Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines on every job site.
- Document work progress, material usage, and any incidents in daily reports.
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
