KVAC Field Technician

Job Summary

Halton Company is hiring a KVAC Field Technician in Dallas, Texas to provide on‑site service and maintenance for our KVAC product line across Texas, including Dallas, Austin, Houston and San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair of KVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Respond to service calls promptly, diagnose issues, and document resolutions in the company’s ticketing system.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and generate service reports.
• Collaborate with regional service managers to prioritize workload and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and train end‑users on proper equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools; order replacements as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of field service experience with KVAC, HVAC, or similar control systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be able to travel statewide.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
