Job Summary

Shanel International Inc, an independent boutique sunglasses and optical chain in Hollywood, Los Angeles, is hiring Part‑Time and Full‑Time Key Holders/Sales Associates. You will represent luxury eyewear brands and provide premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their style and vision needs.
• Promote and sell high‑end eyewear such as Gucci, Ray‑Ban, Prada, Versace, Dior, Maui Jim, Tiffany, Armani and others.
• Maintain store appearance, organize displays, and ensure inventory is well‑stocked.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while earning commission on every sale.
• Provide product education, including lens options and frame care.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet visual merchandising standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team‑player attitude with a proactive work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable using POS and inventory software.
• Passion for fashion and luxury accessories.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary $58,028.86 plus commission on each sale. Flexible scheduling for part‑time or full‑time availability.
