About This Position
The Kaiser Field Clinical Coordinator, Endoscopy at Fujifilm is a senior, field‑based role supporting Kaiser Permanente sites across the New York State Campus, Albany County area. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for all Kaiser Permanente clinical and implementation activities within the designated regional coverage area.
- Coordinate and oversee the field execution of equipment installations and complex endoscopy system implementations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local site stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT teams.
- Align clinical workflows with Fujifilm ES technology to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
- Provide training, support, and troubleshooting to end‑users, driving successful adoption and long‑term customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal Fujifilm teams—sales, service, product management—to deliver seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field or equivalent experience; advanced clinical training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in endoscopy clinical operations, medical device implementation, or related healthcare technology roles.
- Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel within the New York State Campus region and manage multiple site projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data reporting tools.
Compensation
Annual salary: $96,382.87 (fixed).
