The Kaiser Field Clinical Coordinator, Endoscopy at Fujifilm is a senior, field‑based role responsible for overseeing Kaiser Permanente clinical and implementation activities in the Urbanización El Vedado area of San Juan, US. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for all Kaiser Permanente clinical and implementation initiatives within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local site stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and technical staff.
• Coordinate and execute field installations of Fujifilm Endoscopy Systems, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
• Support complex implementation projects, troubleshooting issues and aligning clinical workflows with equipment capabilities.
• Drive adoption and long‑term customer success by providing training, best‑practice guidance, and ongoing clinical support.
• Collaborate with internal product, sales, and service teams to relay feedback and improve product offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical coordination, endoscopy equipment, or related medical device field roles.
• Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards.
