Job Summary
The Kaiser Field Clinical Coordinator, Endoscopy at Fujifilm is a senior, field‑based role responsible for overseeing Kaiser Permanente clinical and implementation activities in the Urbanización El Vedado area of San Juan, US. This position coordinates installations, supports complex implementations, and ensures long‑term success of Fujifilm ES equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for all Kaiser Permanente clinical and implementation initiatives within the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local site stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and technical staff.
- Coordinate and execute field installations of Fujifilm Endoscopy Systems, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Support complex implementation projects, troubleshooting issues and aligning clinical workflows with equipment capabilities.
- Drive adoption and long‑term customer success by providing training, best‑practice guidance, and ongoing clinical support.
- Collaborate with internal product, sales, and service teams to relay feedback and improve product offerings.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, project status, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical coordination, endoscopy equipment, or related medical device field roles.
- Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Compensation
Annual salary: $83,355.72
