Junior Supply Analyst – ITAM

ActioNet is hiring a Junior Supply Analyst – ITAM to work on‑site in Vienna, Fairfax County, US. This entry‑level role supports the full lifecycle of IT assets while helping the company maintain compliance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking, inventorying, and reconciling hardware, software, and licensing assets across the organization.
• Support data collection and analysis for asset utilization, depreciation, and disposal.
• Help maintain the IT Asset Management (ITAM) database and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to forecast demand and coordinate asset provisioning.
• Prepare routine reports on asset status, compliance, and cost savings opportunities.
• Participate in audits and support the preparation of documentation for High Public Trust clearance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a High Public Trust security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in supply chain, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar data‑analysis tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with IT asset management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, or similar).
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software licensing concepts.

Compensation & Benefits
