Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with government contracts.
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., ProEst, WinEst) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
