Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized work station for juice and specialty product preparation.
- Read and follow all product documentation, recipes, and safety guidelines.
- Operate juicing equipment, blenders, and hot‑water machines safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare a variety of juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
- Ensure product quality, proper portioning, and accurate labeling.
- Maintain inventory, restock ingredients, and report low‑stock items.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering product questions and offering recommendations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with cash handling, POS transactions, and end‑of‑day reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a juice bar, café, or similar food‑service environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
