Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead goal‑oriented activities that promote independence and community integration.

- Provide one‑on‑one coaching, interview preparation, resume building, and on‑the‑job support.

- Facilitate workshops on workplace etiquette, rights, and self‑advocacy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; additional certification in disability services or vocational rehabilitation preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a coaching or support role.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to create flexible, creative programs tailored to diverse needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outings.
