IT Systems Technician

Enable Resource Group LLC is hiring an onsite IT Systems Technician in Brentwood, Williamson County, US. This role supports church IT infrastructure and requires a local candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and desktop hardware for church clients.
• Provide on‑site technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Windows and cloud environments.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and service tickets in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to align technology solutions with their mission goals.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to emergency outages as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems administration or technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on‑site visits within the Nashville area.
• Commitment to the mission of supporting churches through technology.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with nonprofit or faith‑based organizations.
• Knowledge of VoIP, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and backup solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.

Compensation & Benefits
