Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Log, prioritize and resolve incidents using the company ticketing system.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Assist with user account management, access rights and security policies.
• Collaborate with senior IT teams on project roll‑outs, system upgrades and migrations.
• Create and update documentation, knowledge‑base articles and user guides.
• Monitor service levels and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
