Job Summary
Qnity is seeking an experienced IT Finance Lead Specialist to join its team in Wilmington, New Castle County, US. This role combines deep finance expertise with technology leadership to drive financial performance for advanced electronics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for IT and technology initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain and senior leadership to evaluate investment proposals and calculate ROI.
- Develop and maintain cost models, charge‑back mechanisms, and performance dashboards for technology projects.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, GAAP and internal controls across all IT spend.
- Provide strategic insights on cost‑optimization, vendor negotiations and cloud‑service economics.
- Mentor junior finance analysts and foster a data‑driven decision‑making culture within the tech organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in an IT or technology‑focused role.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and influence cross‑functional teams.
Compensation
Annual base salary: $119,274.55 (USD).
