Job Summary: The technician provides day-to-day technical support to customers for any computer or technology assets including Point of Sale Hardware, software, web applications, and networking equipment. A technician installs, configures, and troubleshoots technology issues and implements an efficient resolution to ensure business operations are not impacted.
