Key Responsibilities

• Perform image‑guided interventional procedures, including biopsies, drain placements, and vascular access, under the supervision of radiologists.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, set up equipment, and ensure patient safety throughout each procedure.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging modalities such as fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound.
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic health record and assist with post‑procedure patient care and monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and technologists, to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, radiation safety programs, and continuing education activities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology; ARRT certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or related procedural imaging.
• Current BLS certification and ability to obtain CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
