Integration & Operational Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the integration of acquired companies into JM Test Systems’ operational framework.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, SOPs, and best‑practice guidelines for new site launches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless transition and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Monitor integration milestones, track performance metrics, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to site teams on integration procedures and operational excellence standards.
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation plans during the integration lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in integration management, operational excellence, or process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex integrations and new‑site launches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop KPIs, and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification highly desirable.
