Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing policyholders and new prospects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Manage insurance policies throughout their lifecycle, including quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency’s CRM system.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated on product offerings, industry regulations, and market trends to advise clients effectively.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills
