Instructional Designer – Locals Only – Hybrid Role

Job Summary

Zillion Technologies is seeking an Instructional Designer for a hybrid role in Pensacola, Escambia County, FL. This 6‑month contract (possible extension) offers a competitive salary of $82,271.77 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging e‑learning modules and instructor‑led training materials for a direct banking client.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy.
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to create curricula that meet adult learning principles.
• Conduct needs analyses, create storyboards, and produce multimedia assets (audio, video, graphics).
• Manage learning management system (LMS) uploads, tracking, and reporting of learner performance.
• Provide feedback and revisions based on stakeholder reviews and learner evaluations.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship, Green Card, or EAD holder (no sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing corporate or financial services training.
• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite three days a week and remotely two days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $82,271.77 (W‑2). Competitive benefits may be offered based on assignment length.
