Job Summary
Promesa Consulting Group, Inc. is hiring a Senior / Emergent Instructional Analyst/Developer Operations Training in Richland, Benton County, US. This role supports nuclear operations and engineering training pipelines using SAT‑based curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials for nuclear training programs, including e‑learning modules, instructor guides, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, engineers, and operations staff to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner‑focused content.
- Apply Systems Approach to Training (SAT) principles to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and performance objectives.
- Conduct needs analyses, gap analyses, and learner assessments to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, providing expert guidance and feedback to participants.
- Manage version control, documentation, and archiving of all training assets in compliance with security and quality standards.
- Support emergent training needs, adapting content quickly to changing operational priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience developing nuclear or high‑hazard training programs using SAT methodology.
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Compensation
Annual salary: $26,027.88 (fixed).
