Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & On-prem)

KIK Consumer Products is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & On‑prem) to design, implement and support Azure cloud and Office 365 environments. This remote‑first role is based in the United States with a salary range of $120,000‑$130,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Azure infrastructure services, including VMs, networking, storage and security.
• Administer Office 365 tenant, manage user accounts, licensing, and collaboration tools.
• Integrate on‑premises systems with cloud resources using hybrid solutions such as Azure AD Connect.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and apply patches and updates.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, ARM templates) to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Document architecture, procedures and provide knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud concepts.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and incident response.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303/304).
• Experience with container platforms (Docker, AKS) or serverless services.
• Familiarity with ITIL or DevOps practices.
