About This Position

Join Linde as an I E Technician in Oregon, Lucas County, OH, where you will ensure the safe and reliable operation of critical instrumentation systems in a high‑performance production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems across multiple process units.
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve instrument failures, implementing corrective actions promptly.
  • Document all maintenance activities, test results, and compliance records in Linde’s asset management system.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and on‑call rotation as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with industrial instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzers).
  • Proficiency with PLC/HMI troubleshooting, DCS systems, and calibration equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E) and Linde’s internal safety procedures.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits
