Job Summary

Serco is hiring an IB-CHE Analyst SME for the SIB Data Analytics Team, supporting U.S. Navy Submarine programs. This 100% remote role is based in Highland Park, Dallas, TX with a salary of $129,657.51 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise in IB‑CHE analysis for the Submarine Program’s data analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and Navy stakeholders to translate mission requirements into analytical solutions.
• Develop, validate, and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with DoD regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous‑improvement processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IB‑CHE analysis or comparable analytical roles within defense or aerospace.
• Proven ability to work with classified data and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, data mining, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with Navy personnel and internal stakeholders.
