Job Summary

This Hybrid Pharmacist role combines hands‑on work in multiple retail pharmacy locations across Tennessee with one day per week of remote support for centralized services.

Key Responsibilities

• Compound, dispense, review, and verify prescribed medications in accordance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and best practice guidelines.
• Provide accurate medication counseling to patients both in‑store and via telephone or video calls.
• Collaborate with pharmacy teams in stores, call centers, and micro‑fulfillment sites to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain precise documentation, inventory control, and medication safety procedures.

Qualifications
