Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and prepare persuasive courtroom arguments.
- Collaborate with senior partners and support staff in a hybrid (remote/onsite) work environment.
- Maintain accurate case files, billing records, and client communications in accordance with firm policies.
- Participate in firm‑wide professional development programs and mentorship initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Pennsylvania.
- 2–5 years of experience handling complex civil litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
