Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to assemble HVAC control panels.
- Perform precise wire routing, termination, and labeling according to industry standards.
- Conduct electrical testing, insulation resistance checks, and functional verification of completed panels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wiring faults, component failures, and system malfunctions.
- Collaborate with mechanical, HVAC, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including as‑built drawings, test reports, and compliance records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and OSHA regulations.
- Utilize manual wiring tools, crimping equipment, and testing instruments safely and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical work preferred.
- Experience wiring and troubleshooting HVAC control panels in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, multimeters, megohm testers, and other wiring equipment.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70, and local electrical codes.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced plant environment and lift moderate loads.
Compensation & Benefits
