HR Business Partner

HR Recruit is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading manufacturing organisation in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. This permanent, onsite role offers a competitive salary of £55,000‑£65,400 and involves supporting eight sites across the Midlands and the South.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, value‑added HR advice to line managers and staff, aligning with the company’s growth strategy.
• Partner with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies, processes and best practices across eight manufacturing sites.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations initiatives.
• Deliver training and development programmes that reinforce company values and improve workforce capabilities.
• Analyse HR metrics and produce reports to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to resolve complex employee issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously across multiple sites.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision making.
• Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable.
