Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site managers and line leaders to deliver HR solutions that drive performance and employee engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience working within a unionised environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and drive positive outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools.
• Relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) preferred.
