Job Summary
Heartland Consulting is hiring a Housing & Real Estate Analyst for Marine Corps Housing Support. This full‑time, long‑term federal contract role is primarily remote (NCR preferred) with occasional visits to MCICOM Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high‑volume, recurring analytical deliverables for the MCICOM housing and real‑estate portfolio.
- Generate, validate, and maintain data sets related to housing inventory, occupancy, and financial performance.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑benefit analysis for housing projects.
- Support on‑site inspections and audits at regional installations as needed.
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure compliance with housing regulations.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve housing utilization and affordability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real‑estate analysis, property management, or government contracting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data‑visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise reports.
- Familiarity with federal housing programs and military installation requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $88,052.70 (federal contract rate). Full‑time benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement options, and paid time off.
Location
Remote (NCR preferred) with occasional travel to Washington, D.C. and regional Marine Corps installations.
