Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular property inspections and tenancy visits across assigned housing patches.
• Provide frontline customer service, addressing tenant enquiries, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Assist with tenancy agreements, rent collection, and arrears management.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and internal teams.
• Support the enforcement of tenancy policies, issuing notices where required.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housing Officer or in a similar housing management role.
• Strong knowledge of UK housing legislation, tenancy law and local authority procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a varied workload.
• Competency with housing management software and Microsoft Office suite.
