Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to guest requests and service calls from other hotel departments.
• Prepare housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; transport carts to assigned guest rooms.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish room supplies, and ensure rooms meet Marriott’s high cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering to resolve them quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of room status, inventory, and lost‑and‑found items.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and brand guidelines at all times.

Qualifications
