Hillview Senior Living is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain clean and safe resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas at our senior living community in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and disinfect resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Dust furniture, baseboards, window ledges, and decorative surfaces.
• Remove trash, replace liners, and ensure proper sanitation of all areas.
• Clean and restock common areas, lounges, and hallway fixtures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Wellness Coordinator.
• Follow infection‑control protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects and seasonal tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
• Good communication skills and a respectful, courteous demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits
