Job Summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated House Parents to provide a safe, nurturing home environment for over 2,200 pre‑K to Year 13 students. This full‑time role is based in Hershey, PA, with relocation required for candidates currently residing in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in a residential setting, ensuring their wellbeing, safety and personal development.
• Plan, organise and lead daily routines, including meals, homework assistance, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, counsellors and support staff to implement the school’s career‑focused curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, health issues and incident reports.
• Provide emotional guidance and act as a positive role model, fostering a respectful community.
